After contacting other screen companies and enduring either no call backs, scheduled appointments and not show (twice from one company!) and getting on the "list" for an estimate but never hearing back, I finally called the right company. Was pleasantly surprised to have Linda actually answer the phone and schedule me an estimate right away, and then have Sean show up when scheduled and gave me several options. When I called back to schedule service Linda was very good at getting me an appointment and Chad and Dave showed up as scheduled and completed the job. Let me just say that everyone that I dealt with was professional and went above and beyond. I think that since I wasn't a total re-screen other companies just didn't want to deal with me, but I won't recommend those companies to anyone. I will recommend Housman's and will be a return customer. Thank you for finally allowing me to have my screened in patio back after the hurricane!"

"It went very well. My only complaint was that there was not literature (warranty, maintenance instructions, etc.) that came when they installed it. They said that it would be e-mailed to me. It never was. I also had a technical question so I called them. They put me though to the specialist but I had to leave a message. They never called me back."
