"I got a quick response from this vendor. I had to reschedule due to an unforeseen event, and he was very accommodating.  I liked that he used non-toxic products to clean my carpets, but was told that the stain protection product did not come in a non-toxic version. The carpets dried overnight and they felt soft to the touch. Overall, he did a good job and I'd likely use this vendor again.

"I was thoroughly impressed with the results of my carpet cleaning by Apex. I was thinking this would be an interim cleaning before replacing all my carpets. "I live in On Top of the World, I called Barry on Friday after an elderly neighbor had a medical emergency and there was BLOOD on the carpeting and throughout the bedroom into a bathroom floor. I had used Barry before I moved into my present home and was thoroughly satisfied with the carpet results. I had taken pictures and sent to Barry, so he knew exactly what he was getting into. Barry was here within an hour. It took a while, but the results were amazing. U would never know there was any blood on carpet, leather chair and into the bathroom.
