"I needed a large wall mounted cat gym put up and I put out quotes for a few different companies. Shuayb was the only one that cared to discuss the project. He was a pleasure to work with, asked my opinion along the way, worked with me as I discussed design of placement, and was patient with my concerns. I liked that he wasn’t afraid to tell me when he thought his approach was the right approach, explained to me why, and reassured me along the way. I liked how he told me how I originally wanted it installed was not safe for the cats and even refused to do it if he wasn’t going to be able to put it up safely. That showed me he cared about my cats’ safety as well as the project itself. Would recommend them and definitely would hire again."
