My A/C unit wasn’t working so I called Josh with LocalHVAC. He came out the same day to access the unit. He was able to “put a bandaid” on it but explained to me that fix was only temporary, the unit was 20 years old and that it was time to replace it. He explained all my options to me and wasn’t pushy. Just knowledgeable and fair. I decided it was best to go ahead with the new install. Within a couple of days, Josh was back with his crew and had the entire inside and outside unit installed and working. It’s been over a year now and I have had zero issues since, even in this extreme Florida summer heat! I would highly recommend LocalHVAC to anyone with HVAC needs! They are an honest, fast, friendly, cleanly, knowledgeable, professional, veteran, local family-owned business that is very fairly priced and won’t sell you anything that you don’t need.

Amazing and affordable. Josh is very professional and honest. He has a love for that he does and he is very humble. I have used him on two occasions one of those occasions was after 9 PM he didn’t have to but he showed up and got the work done, I have recommended him on numerous occasions. All around great guy.

Josh is as professional as professional gets. Not many contractors out there 1) know what they're doing, 2) know how to fix things at the component level, and 3) won't oversell you on BS services and equipment you don't actually need. We had tenants in our house for a while, and unfortunately they left the AC running at 63°F day and night. In Florida, that basically means the unit never got a break. By the time we moved back in, the AC wasn’t cooling well, the coil was filthy, the filter had never been changed, and even the thermostat inside wasn’t working properly. Then Josh came with his dad and did a full tune-up. They cleaned everything, replaced what was needed, and brought the system back to life. Two years later, the AC still looks and runs like brand new. We signed up for their yearly maintenance plan and couldn’t be happier. Josh is now my AC guy—not just for me, but also for a couple of friends, my mom, and my sister. On top of that, it’s a veteran-owned, family-run business, which makes supporting them even more meaningful. I only wish I could find more professionals like Josh.

Local HVAC came out a couple of hours after I called. They added us to their stops at the end of the day. They were prompt and courteous. They diagnosed the issue immediate and fixed our problem right away. And they were reasonably priced. I would definitely call them again and highly recommend them! I am very glad I found them!

Hands down the most professional and communicative hvac company I have ever dealt with. They always call in advance letting you know when they are arriving vs having to sit around and weight for a 3 hour window. Highly recommend!
