"Tony Fallone, the owner of Fontana Construction was totally professional and someone you can instantly trust and like. As a professional kitchen designer who is used to working with General Contractors and tradesmen in the field, I can honestly say I was impressed with hiim, his company and his sub-contractors. He worked with our time-table as far as us designing our own layout and purchasing our own cabinetry, and gave us the sources for stone countertops and tile in the area. He coordinated the trades very well, and all of the guys seemed to know each other and to have worked jointly with Tony on other projects. Special kudos go out to his expert carpenter Bryan Miller, who brought the complicated and precise detail work of design into reality! GORGEOUS JOB. Jim Siebenaler Construction is absolutely the best!  This is the second large project Jim has done for us.  He previously replaced our front porch.  This time, we gutted the  main floor bathroom.

Jim is reliable, professional, a perfectionist about his work, a good listener, and does everything in his power to please the customer.  Jim and his crew installed new walls, tub, toilet, vanity, fixtures, plumbing, electrical, lighting, tile floor, subway tile shower stall, subway tile up to chair rail height, and  a custom shower door.  Everyone who worked on the bathroom was top-notch. The entire process took less than two weeks!

The space is small, but Jim created a beautiful built-in shelf that is made of subway tile and glass shelves.  There is a white subway tiled shower stall (tub to ceiling)  with two lines of black pencil tile accent that is one of my favorite touches  in the room along with the built-in shelves. 

Jim and his crew turned a worn-out bathroom  that had a stained tub surround, no fixed shower, and peeling wallpaper into a spa-like room that has an Art Deco feel.  The new bathroom matches our 1920's house perfectly. We highly recommend Jim Siebenaler Construction.

"Juan did an outstanding job in our cabinets. He was fair with his pricing, he made sure that all of the components of my kitchen including the floors, granite, appliances were properly covered before he started and cleaned everything up after the work was performed. Juan took apart of all the doors and drawers of the cabinets and took to his shop for stripping and staining, while the rest of the body of the cabinets he stripped and stained in place. Juan is an incredible master of his craft and also and more important and honest man. I highly recommend him. Thank you Juan!"

"I had experienced some water damage in my living room earlier this year. I contacted Jerry through Angie's List and he responded in less then an hour. A few days later he came to my house and gave me an estimate for the repairs I needed. The estimate was right in the middle of what I expected it to be. I agreed to go forward and two days later Jerry was at my house promptly and fixed my wall in one day.
Not only did I have to have drywall and molding replaced but my walls are textured with plaster. Jerry told me that the texture would not be a problem and that he could match it exactly. He wasn't kidding. You can't tell the difference between the original and the repair.  No other contractor said they could do this! Jerry was extremely professional throughout and his work was of the utmost quality.
At the end of the day, I had my wall fixed and it looks great, we settled on the agreed upon price and I got my living room back. I will eventually need to make some other repairs in my house and I will be going to Jerry first. Thank you again!

"We wouldn’t consider using anyone else. The buck stops with Frank; he supervises the work himself and came to rectify minor issues that we had after the work was done. He prides himself on his work and satisfied customers are his ultimate goal. He's very laid back and a calming and cheerful presence in the midst of the upheaval a new roof inevitably entails. An example of his going above and beyond: we thought there was some leakage into a house and Frank came down specifically to check it out. Before we arrived to meet him (it was my mother’s house) he got up on the roof and blew out the gutters for us. It turned out rain was blowing in through a gable vent and Frank offered to have a hood fabricated and shipped to us for us to install. Who else would have taken the trouble to rectify a problem not of his making? We recommend him without reservation."
