"Excellent service. Professional - the person that gave the quote explained everything very clearly. The Installer (garage door opener and replacement of some parts on the actual door) was excellent and thorough. Tech cleaned up the wiring that was there and added some reinforcements. The previous door had not been installed very well. (Handyman special maybe?) There was an issue with the new opener kicking the breaker so I had to get an electrician our before I could use it. I went from 1/2 horse to 3/4 horse, which the electrician said I didn't I need due to size of door- 1 car small garage. I had no idea what I really "needed". I would recommend company though I think they are a bit pricey (But generally you get what you pay for.) and I maybe should have researched horse power needs before committing."

"JSC is a terrific company. I first asked for a cedar fence, after having Jim S recommended by a neighbor. The job expanded, as Jim's competence and fine subcontractors gave me the confidence to improve a 55 year old house. This involves every part of building a new house, frame, roof, cement in basement, insulation, electrical, plumbing. Tile, subflooring, sheetrock. More. Except, it is being done within a house. They must work around existing structures and utilities. It is quite impressive to observe. Neighbors and friends and other professionals are in awe."

"I contacted Lasting Creations (Jerry) and he responded the same day.  We made an appointment to review the project and give me in estimate.  Jerry met me at the location on time and provided me an estimate the next day.  We arranged for a time for the work to begin the following week.  The work began & was completed on a schedule that was as promised.
Overall I am very pleased with the high quality workmanship, attention to detail and timeliness of the services performed.
A follow up, I noticed a small problem with one of the doors that need adjusting.  I called Jerry in the morning and he fixed it that afternoon.  That's customer service.
I have serveral homes that have been remodeled, my experince with Jerry was one of the best."

"These guys were awesome! Our roof looks amazing! Frank, Ronnie,Roger, and Phillip were here every morning at sunup for nearly two weeks and worked steady until sundown! They were professional, prompt, friendly, and always made sure to walk me around and show me the progress made every day and the crew always cleaned up every day before leaving. Frank even took the time to explain a few of the technical aspects of installing the roof (I was interested in learning)! Great bunch of guys and I can not say enough positive things about this company! I HIGHLY recommend them if you're looking for beautiful metal roofing!"

"Good overall company, but they lack communication... I would give them a "D" for that. installers were sloppy as well, nails all over the driveway and in pool as well as loose shingle pcs all over the place. Installers lacked supervision big time. Now overall did they do a good job....yes I believe so, it looks great and their 15 yr warranty is best in the industry. But very sloppy and again lacked supervision... I had to makes tons of phone calls to get answers. Home office needs to monitor the job better & keep homeowner in the loop on everything that is going on & not rely on one field supervisor as he is probably spread too thin. They also dented my garage door which I need to address with them."
