Papa's Plumbing

I am a resident of Murry HIlls Condo Association in Lake Worth Beach. We have used PaPa's Plumbing for several years and I want to let everyone know that although I wrote a bad review 4 or 5 years ago, Mike the owner has made good and will recommend him to fellow neighbors. We recently had a water heater installed by Chris. He is very professional, friendly, and experienced. Hank Pawski

Kitchen sink was stopped up due to the errors of two guys from Hammer Construction (DON'T EVER USE HAMMER CONSTRUCTION) who installed my sink wrong. We were told they were plumbers but they were not. Papa's Plumbing to the rescue! Daniel came out on a Saturday morning and corrected the errors as well as snaked the house. NO more issues!!! On time, reasonable, made sure everything was working properly and we are very happy with the results!! 5 stars plus!!

Didn't show up on the promised day. Didn't complete the job on their next appointment. Made me wait with boxes of items I had cleared from cabinets over a weekend. Expensive work and poor customer service. Toilet valve began to leak almost immediately. Boss treated me very unprofessionally when I asked for repair.

Other than the over the phone estimate not being adjusted & faucet sprayer being loose after only a few months, it was a satisfactory installation.

They were punctual, friendly and efficient. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Chris & Carlos were here on time, worked quickly & as always were professional. I've had this company several times for different issues and the great service begins with the phone call with Mike (owner) right down to the actual service techs. Very trustworthy and I recommend them to everyone I hear of looking for a plumber.

Mike from Papa's arrived & easily replaced the valves & the hoses as well. He also adjusted some tinkering I had done inside the tank & made that work better. The final price was less than the estimate over the phone because the work went quickly. Three years ago, Papa's replaced our water heater at a very good price, I know, I looked around. Recently, Papa's saved our neighbor around $400 on a new water heater. If you need a plumber, get an estimate from Papa's. They're honest & very skilled professionals.

Excellent! called Papa on Monday 8/15, Mike gave me an estimate, which was lower than other plumbers, plus a 10% discount for Leisurevilel. Andrew, the plumber came Wednesday 8/17. He was courteous, technically professional, and cleaned up when finished. I would recommend Papas Plumbing if you have any plumbing work

Have used this company several times to replace shut off valves and water heater. Have always had a good experience with them. Appointments and quotes have been easy to set up over the phone. They've always shown up on time and performed the jobs professionally. They do quality work at a fair price. Mike performed the work on this job. He was very friendly and answered all my questions.

I spoke to Mike on a Monday. I gave him a overview of the situation. He was able to give me a ball park figure of the cost. The next day the tech (Andrew) arrived and discovered the problem. I had him look at both toilets and he felt they both needed to be repaired. The parts controlling the flushing were bad. He provided an estimate and got right to work. In about 45 minutes he was done. He cleaned up and took away the old material. He made it a point to let me know there was a warranty on the parts. I highly recommend this company. They were professional thru out the entire process and offered a fair price for the job done. I won't hesitate to call them again.

It went very well! I called the day before and they were able to quote a price over the phone. The owner even followed up with me later on in the day to see if I had any additional questions. Called this morning because our water heater was completely broken. He was extremely accommodating in scheduling me the same day with no changes in the price throughout the project. He was very honest and made sure I was satisfied with the work. Also discussed his warranty and he offered great customer service throughout

Around noon I found my water heater leaking out of the top of the unit and called Papa's Plumbing because I have had great service in the past when I've called on them. They scheduled me as their next call the same day and had me up and running by dinner time with a new unit and did a nice job cleaning up the area before leaving.
The icing on the cake was that Mike (tech) replaced a Moen filter on my shower unit, that I had been putting off, on the same service call thus saving me from having to schedule another service call and another service call charge.
Obviously I will call on Papa's the next time I need  a plumber.

My husband spoke to Mike over the phone and explained our issue.  Mike was pretty much able to diagnose the problem over the phone.  He sent out two men to replace our air conditioning condenser drainage pipe the next morning.  Although we were given that "dreaded" 4 hour window for service the next day, Chris was at our house early the next morning about half an hour before our appointment window.  Chris was happy to explain exactly what he would be doing.  He was very personable and nice.  The work was done quickly, efficiently, and without any problems.  Chris and Andrew cleaned up after themselves and left my garage clean.  
This is the second time that I've used Papa's Plumbing for a problem in my house.  I called them this time because they did such a good job the first time.  I would most definitely use their services again if I have a need for a plumber.
