IT WAS A TOTAL DISASTER. JUNIUS HAD NO CLUE WHAT HE WAS DOING. REFRIGERATOR WASN'T COOLING PROPERLY SO HE CAME IN AND ADDED MORE FREON TO THE SYSTEM. THEN I STARTED GETTING A PUDDLE NEXT TO THE REFRIGERATOR SO HE CAME BACK AND CHANGED THE ICEMAKER. THEN I WAS STILL GETTING THE PUDDLE, HE CAME BACK AND THERE WAS NOTHING HE COULD DO. I CALLED THE MANUFACTURER (SAMSUNG) AND THEY TOLD ME THAT THERE WAS TOO MUCH FREON IN THE SYSTEM AND IT WAS CAUSING IT TO FREEZE AND DEFROST AND THAT WAS CAUSING THE PUDDLE. I WAS TOLD TO GET SOMEONE IN TO PURGE SOME OF THE FREON. I HAD SOMEONE COME IN AND THEY SAID THAT IT IS A SEALED SYSTEM AND THERE SEEMS TO BE PROBLEMS WITH THE COMPRESSOR DUE TO OVER FILLING. THE REPAIR WILL BE OVER $2000 BECAUSE THE COMPRESSOR CAN BE RUINED IF IT IS OVER FILLED WITH FREON. MY REFRIGERATOR IS 10 YEARS OLD, I NOW HAVE TO BUY A NEW ONE.

As usual, Jeno answered and responded immediately. He was here within 1/2 hr., got straight to work and carefully (my floor is new) corrected my bottom-freezer problem. He is so cordial and gentlemanly and leaves the area in great shape.

When his business popped up as a top rated option, I contacted him first. He had some of the best pricing, was available wihin 36 hours, was friendly, on-time, and did a wonderful job.
