"Do not use Sansone for ANYTHING. I bought a house 2 years ago and put $2m is renovation and upgrades. I contracted with Sansone to purchase and install 3 HVAC units in the home. All three were installed improperly and leaked throughout the entire home in the attic. This caused over $1.5m in damages. Black mold throughout the house. Had to move out and buy another home!! All along Sansone said they would make good on the negligence and now when it comes to writing the check they are not doing it. STAY AWAY from this company if you like your house!! They asked for and was given the brand and model number of our refrigerator before they came out. They said they service our brand/model and said the visit would cost $149, to be applied to any repair. When the technician diagnosed the unit, he agreed it was the compressor. He gave us an estimate and collected his $149. We thought Appliance King was going to do the repair. But less than 5 minutes after they left, they called and said they do not service our brand/model. So, basically, they stole $149 and our time in bad faith."
