You agreed to the listed pricing on our book and we proceeded with the repairs. After we completed the work and tested your heating system, we presented you with the bill. At the moment you called your husband and he insisted the cost was too high. You then told our technician to hold on until your husband speaks to someone from our office. After a long conversation on the phone with your husband and he's refusal to pay for the work, we decided it was best to cut our loses and accepted a partial payment from you. After the unpleasant experience our company decided it was best to part ways and not renew your service contract."
