He returned under warranty and told me it was completely repaired. Unfortunately, only two weeks later the refrigerator stopped working again. I?ve called and texted several times, but he hasn?t responded or followed up. I gave multiple opportunities for this to be resolved, but the problem remains. Very disappointing experience and poor communication."
