We were new to the area and contacted many pool services in out local area and were impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of the owner and the staff. We needed a handle attached to the outside of the pool for my wife. The suggestions and detail of this effort was described in detail. Kevin (the member who performed this effort) did an excellent job by explaining every step of his efforts and in the ended with a solid and beautiful hand rale. (Perfect job) We sincerely appreciated his effort and patience with us as we watched and asked questions all along the way. Temperatures that day ranged from 90 to 100 degrees. The work was scheduled quickly, was on time, and priced fairly. Great company and great people.

Russell from North Cape Water came out right away to fix our water softener when we had no water in our house. He was there not even 20 minutes later and had the problem fixed. We went with North Cape Water because he said he could probable repair it. Another company quoted thousands for a new system over the phone saying there would be no saving it. I would call them again.
