We initially contacted Rick from Blue Collar Comfort Solutions to replace a water heater. He was so considerate and came out right away! While he was here our A/C just happened to go out. w It was a newer system so we called the installer. They wanted such an exorbitant amount just to show up. I was upset. Rick offered to look at our system right then. We learned there were some issues with the type we had installed so he remedied the problem. We hired him right then to provide us with our regular services . He is efficient, extremely professional, fair in his pricing and always willing to accommodate our time schedules. We are so happy to have his expertise and knowledge available to us, helping to maintain our home.!!

Richard is great! We had him Replace the ductwork in our rental property, he also moved our unit from the garage to the attic for more space and to run more efficient. He also is helping us at our home We live in. Added returns in the bedrooms that didn’t have them, moved our thermostat away from the front door, blew in insulation at both houses. We had issues with our unit when we bought this house, he added a uv light to the system. We will also be having him replace old ductwork at our home. The electric bill has gone down in both houses and the ac runs much less than it did when we bought both houses. He also fixed a leaking Spicket for me while my husband was away! Great guy very honest! He also does the inspections and maintenance for our units at both houses. We would highly recommend Richard for any of your HVAC needs.

Richard is AMAZING. During a whole house renovation in the spring, I gave Richard a call. I hired him to install a mini-split for our master bedroom. After doing some research he found us a unit that would be able to cool both our garage and bedroom with one unit outside - I was so extremely happy - didn't think that was a thing!. I have always wanted a temperature controlled garage and was super excited having one in our bedroom to keep extremely cold! He went above and beyond. The install went seamless. He is very caring and knows what he is talking about. He is also the person I go to for my servicing of my whole house AC unit. I trust him implicitly. If anyone I know needs AC work, I always give out Blue Collar Comfort Solutions number. Richard is the best!
