Service was prompt, and as promised. The tech immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it with care. While fixing the main issue, he noticed the door handles were loose and fixed those, too. I will use again if there are appliance problems.

Eric was our tech and he was Great! Polite, efficient and very knowledgeable about our Samsung refrigerator. Eric took time to diagnose the problem and fix it Everyone I came in contact with from the time I made the appointment to Eric arriving was professional and courteous. Just a great experience.

Abraham did an outstanding job. He was a little later than expected, due to his previous calls taking longer. He assessed the problem and took care of fixing it. He cleaned up after himself and everything was left in good condition. All the DR technicians that I have used have been excellent. They are my "go to" appliance repair company. Rosie is always great too!

Tech repaired the best he could without replacing mother board at expensive price. Dryer works good.

Excellent! I made online reservation on holiday weekend. The receptionist called at start of business day to confirm when technician would arrive. Hans Vega was great at solving the problem. I needed a pump replacement & had noisy circulating arm in LG dishwasher. I got replacement parts installed within 2 days of service call. I will definitly use again for any appliance repairs in future.

Eric did an amazing job! Our dryer wasn't working correctly. We had tried cleaning the vent and dryer ourselves, but it still wasn't drying the clothes correctly. Eric cleaned the van and found that it was loaded with lint that we had not gotten out with our wet/dry vac. It was a fire hazard, and we didn't even know it! Eric also cleaned the dryer and found all kinds of things inside! Very quick and professional service. Would highly recommend!

We like the technician and requested the same one without a hassle with Dr Appliance, but they now answer the telephone as Appliance Repair. No new part was needed. The service call was 124.50. Someone new has taken over the company, The name is now Appliance Repair. Same phone number. Next time it was broke again we just ordered a new washer/ dryer combo.

Hans was great. He arrived on time, was polite, courteous, and highly competent. He replaced the faulty door interlock switch on the over-the-stove microwave, and it was up and running in less than 20-25 minutes. The price was reasonable, and I would use this service again without hesitation. Hans also took a look at my dishwasher, but told me the motor was shot, which would be an expensive repair. He advised me against the repair and suggested a new dishwasher was clearly a better alternative. I appreciate such honesty.

Found out that the washer was not leaking, but the stationary sink water line was leaking. Hans was great in finding this. Give him a 5 stars and a big A

Quick appointment. Couldn’t repair freezer because the part ordered was discontinued. The repairman left after putting old parts back in, but had to return and redo work. Did so quickly. No charge for return to fix and only paid the estimate.

Great job- they showed up on time to diagnose my problem on a Friday. Explained the repair and the charge. Ordered the part and came back that following Monday to install the new part. My machine is working great I would hire them again.

Technician ran diagnostics on our dishwasher to determine the problem. Once the issue was detected we decided we would buy a new appliance rather than repair it. He was very honest and professional. We will definitely use D.R. Appliance again.

I have had my share of so called professionals work on systems and appliances over the years but I have never had one as competent as Eric, with DR Appliances. My 7 year old LG refrig's compressor went west and on Sunday morning I found water all over the kitchen floor. I called LG customer service and got DR Appliances phone number (along with a couple of others) I called all three companies and left messages on their Voice Mail (it was Sunday and I didn't expect replies until the next day) Monday morning promptly at 8 a.m. DR Appliances called and we set up an appointment for Eric to come over and check the refrig out. He actually called about an hour before the appointment, asked if he could come over early and arrived around 3:30 p.m. Fortunately he happened to have the compressor he needed right there in his van, so he was able to removed the old unit, re-program the ROM to be compatible with the new compressor, recharge the Freon lines and get us back in business. The whole job took just about an hour. This guy knows his business and is happy to explain what he is doing while he does it. If I could give 6 stars I would. The compressor was under warranty (LG has a 10 year warranty on their compressors) so the total bill was only $290.) That sure beats buying a new refrigerator. Don't use anyone else if you live in Lee County Florida. DR Appliances is the place to go!

Hans was very courteous and professional. He explained everything clearly. Price was very reasonable. Appointment for repair set within 1 day.

The repair tech was very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. He explained each step without referring to the internet for guidance. He knew what he was doing! He recreated the E6 error code which displayed in the spin cycle. Leaned the washer against the wall, removed the 6 bolts and inspected the motor, which was good. He then manually checked the clutch which was also good. His deduction was an issue with the diverter motor, a $40 part. Ordered the part, came back the next day, installed the part in about 20 minutes. Ran some test cycles, all was good. It's been a week and my machine runs great.

Eric was very good. They had no problem working the appointment around my schedule. Everything was done as they said it would. He called 15 minutes before he was coming. He came in, explained the problem to me, resolved it in a quick and efficient manner. I thought I needed a part, he explained why I didn't, thereby saving me money. They were very reasonably priced. I would absolutely recommend.

Perfect, the technician repaired the broken part by reattaching the spring instead of selling me a new part plus gave me a year warranty! Price was very affordable.

I'm a Realtor and asked Eric Rivero to come and inspect a questionable pair of washer and dryer. He knew I had a home inspection time frame to meet so he made time to squeeze me in for my client. Came on time with a very professional appearance. He made inspections and repairs as needed and is helping my deal move forward. Everyone involved is very happy with him and his service. I cannot rave about Eric enough. I've used him for 5 years and he's always been on his game without fail. I very strongly recommend him.

Dawne B. This is the second repair that I called Dr. Appliance to my home and both times I am so glad I called them. Mr. Eric knows what he is doing and does it well I had no doubt about anything he told me he is honest and to the point NOT a rip off or scam. He gave an estimate that was accurate and fair on both jobs. I did have to buy a new washer but there was nothing he could do it was the main board that went bad. I bought the washer with the house I don't know how old it was or if they had anything wrong with it so I bought a new one (LG). Then I bought a used refrigerator also LG I won't say where I bought it but when I got it home it would not cool or freeze so I called LG and it would have cost $125.00 to come and diagnose and then labor would be $250.00 and they couldn't get to me for 2 weeks. So I called Dr. Appliance remembering he worked on LG when I called he couldn't get there over the weekend but he could come that Monday so I took the appointment. His office called and said they could come Friday and I said great I'll take it. Mr. Eric was there on Friday on time and fixed my fridge in about 1 hours time and it is running ever since and all I had to pay was a little parts and labor. When I told the place that I bought the fridge from they were glad that I didn't make them replace my fridge even though they were ready to do that they had another fridge held aside for me like they knew it wasn't working But I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Appliance I won't call anyone else for my repairs and I give his card to anyone that needs a repair done. I am so glad I found them
