    Had a very good experience from scheduling for estimate to finish. Michael came out (at the scheduled time) to do measurements and provide pricing. Was very forthcoming and pleasant to work with. Answered all our questions. After we agreed to proceed, another gentleman came out to take very exact measurements for the construction of the windows and patio door. It took a while to get the windows built but. Michael and others at Affordable Windows were very good at answering any questions I had and they responded quickly. I never felt like I was just another job in the pipeline. When they (Paulus) came out to do the installation, there were many people working at various jobs from tear out to prep to install. One guy worked solely on the patio door. They were there several hours and I could tell they were very professional and good at their jobs. When they left, they explained how the windows and patio door functioned. They tested each one to ensure they worked properly. Even more importantly, they left the areas clean. They picked up all the old windows as well as all the bits and pieces inherent in such a job. Had one small issue and they responded quickly. The whole Affordable Windows organization appears to me to communicate well within their various depts and also have been quick and pleasant to work with. It's been a year, and my wife and I are still very pleased with our windows and have recommended Affordable Windows to several of our neighbors. BTW, the neighbors are very impressed with how smoothly our new patio door slides considering how heavy it is. The sound reduction and IR protection provided by the new windows is great

    I wanted to leave this review to personally give my thanks to Eric & Mindy Peterson, the owners of The Screen Doctor in Ft. Myers, for their excellent service and outstanding craftsmanship on the screen room we just added onto our home (the Before & After look tells the whole story). The entire process from the initial estimate, explanation of the custom work required, Lee County permitting, demolition of old enclosure, on-site fabrication, and superior attention to detail was truly remarkable. Eric is a master fabricator and he was able to seamlessly blend the new screen room to our existing Florida room and attached laundry room in such a professional manner that the final result looks stunning. Eric made a great recommendation to install the canal facing screen with a Panoramic view (no structural cross members, just one solid screen) as it gives us a totally unobstructed view of the water. You also cannot go wrong by choosing to install the “No-Seeum” screen as we have no more pesky bug bites. We are so pleased with the entire experience that we have already contracted the next job for Eric and his team. Don’t hesitate to contact The Screen Doctor as you won’t be disappointed�

    Cannot say enough good things about WhisperSliders. I am remodeling a condo that has older sliding glass doors in the living room and master bedroom. They were not aligned properly, the rollers were worn down, and the tracks were dirty and sticky. Thanks to Mark and Curtis, they work like new. Their prices are more than reasonable.     Just when you think someone is out of business. Tom to the rescue!!! He deserved a 5-star rating. On time and professional Tom did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. He checked and diagnosed the issues with the sliders, replaced the wheels and made adjustments that make my once stuck sliding glass doors slide like new. To top off the job he cleaned the door runners. I am incredibly pleased with his service and with his company. I highly recommend them and will be the first company I will call for future service

    We called to tell them they might not want to come but they offered to come anyway. We had another door company come earlier and they couldn’t fix our doors. Junior came and was able to remove the doors (the other guy couldn’t get them off) and replace the rollers at a substantially lower price than the first company.
