"Excellent craftsmanship but be flexible. We hired Andrew to build us new stairs for our front porch: only three steps with railing to match the porch and to add boards to seal up the open gap leading under the porch. The work was completed in a couple days and everything came out great. While here he was courteous and friendly, and provided us good advice about the wood before we went to painting it ourselves. There were some delays during the work, but we weren't in a rush. It was also around Thanksgiving. The communication could have been a little better, but it was not show-stopper. Life gets in the way for all of us. I'm glad he shared photos of his deck work and like reading the other positive reviews, because our deck is probably the next big project for the house."

He left to do another job when there were still 2 items on my list stating that my job took longer than expected. If he had come early and worked later everything could have been finished. He told me the weather was going to be bad, which it wasnt and he said he would play it by ear,; as to when he will get back to me. That is unacceptable to me. I cleared my schedule to be here and my time was not respected."
