They arrived on time again. Used drop clothes to protect our floors from the door the area of the work. Completed a quality repair in the agreed upon time at the agreed upon amount. Cleaned up their area all the way to the door. Pleasantly surprised that someone actually did what they said, when they said, for the price they said without any drama. Wonderful work,

Wood Stairs and Railings Repair
Ronald and his guy are outstanding!! They rebuilt our back deck stairs from the ground up and they are now impressive. A total professional who does amazing, quality work. Arrived early, cleaned up, were a lot of fun and informative. A pleasure to work with and we are looking forward to our next project, the front deck repair! Ron did an excellent job tearing down and replacing an exterior staircase on the back of our house. He also replaced the balcony flooring that had extensive water damage as well as built a half wall there to prevent any future problems with exposure to water. He was professional, courteous and extremely conscientious and detail oriented. I am convinced that he can build or repair anything. He is a rare find and I will definitely call on him in the future.

I had a minor job, but needed it completed the very next day. I texted Ronald a pic of the repair & he agreed to arrive at 8:00 am the very next morning. He arrived right on time & was done in no time at all. His work & his willingness to meet my needs was above & beyond what I have normally experienced. He always arrived on time. The left no mess and compared to others that was such a blessing. Any issues were discussed and corrected immediately. I have already hired him again for more work next month. Ps I actually tried to get three quotes one was a no show one was allot more expensive and then Ronald came in I didn't share the price as I wanted a unbiased estimate. I am so pleased I hired him.

Interior Trim and Decorative Moldings Repair
Professional, friendly, and cleaned up construction mess before they finished. Taped down paper to protect wood floors while they worked. Communicated when they would be working on our project. Also, took time to explain project and helped us make decisions about window trim that would look best. The project results exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend and will use this company again. Ronald takes pride in a job well done.

Did not show up or call to tell me they will be late then when I called they said to give them 30 minutes and 5 minutes before the end of that additional 30 minutes he calls and said maybe we can do this another day sounding as if he did not want to come from another side of town to my place! Truly disappointed with Angi so far.

"HI I'm apologize for the inconvenient I cost you but are meeting was between 3 or 4 I pick this time because is convenient and flexible, sometimes I have to stay longer to complete other work the I have and require my present, must of the time I be and time to my meeting , you call at 4:00 pm I explained to you the situation, and I tell you the I was 30 minutes away on that moment , traffic was heavy, at 4:18 I call you back because my GPS said would take me other 15 mint to get to your place traffic was terrible and I said to you please apologize for the inconvenient if you have something important to do, and I holding you we always can cancel and try and other day, you got sad and tall me is ok and other day and hang up and me. Again apologize and thank you for your Patiences."

Interior Trim and Decorative Moldings Installation
Ronald did an excellent job installing beautiful crown molding in our home. We had some really tough angles and his expert craftsmanship and patience led to a beautiful end result!! We couldnâ t be happier with the outcome! He was very friendly and has a great work ethic. He also helped us with a fix to our baseboards and trimming down a door that was catching on the new floors. Overall, Iâ d highly recommend Ronald for any carpentry needs you have!

Ronald was very concienous in replacing exterior window trim. He found some wood rot in one spot after removing the old trim. He communicated the issue and offered options to resolve. Pricing was reasonable. Quality work. I would hire again. I highly recommend.

On time. Very professional. Mr. Mundial exceeded my expectations. Skilled workmanship. He cleaned and painted two water stains on my ceiling, replaced the drywall in my closet ceiling from a water leak and installed a custom closet shelf. I give him my highest recommendation.
