Magical Mike's

The company name is the same for three addresses. There are also different phone numbers. The Magical Mike is that I hired gave me a location in Neptune Beach, Fl. They were here two days, one to remove the materials from my garage, the second day to complete. The installed a shed did a good job but I discovered my rug shampooer was missing. They removed mine and left one in place belonging to them. Mike said they do not carpet cleaning. He took no responsibility because I did not take pictures of the contents/location where the rug cleaner was located. I was ready to hire them for my next project . I have an enclosed garage, and all manuals, receipts of my rug shampooer. As a contractor they are responsible- TAKE PICTURES BEFORE YOU HIRE THEM!!!

Michael was prompt, communicative, competent and fair. His quotes were spot on and communicated if any changes needed to happen. I strongly recommend Michael and look forward to working with him again.

After explaining what my end result was that I wanted, Mike had some good ideas. His rates were reasonable, a contract was drawn up, and work began soon after. His workman was courteous and efficient and the job was completed in a timely manner. Thanks again Mike.

We hired Magical Mike for several projects which included painting a room, fixing outdoor light fixtures, installing new front door screen, cleaning high windows and blinds, and installing new outlet. A three day project. His team was very thorough, professional and respectful. Special recognition to Polito who did most of the work and to Rob who came to help finish the projects. Pricing was reasonable and we will definitely hire Magical Mike Handyman services again for future projects.

WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. Michael is HORRIBLE at communicating. I had set a date/time for him and Rob to come to my place and to my surprise he sent his parents and his mother Karen is a very disrespectful ugly woman. Every time her husband Bo would give a compliment or try to go the extra mile to show respect Karen would make sure to be degrading!! She opened my item to assemble and walked on it and cracked one of the pieces. When I had Michael come to my place a couple days later and told him what happen he DIDNT apologize but instead snickered, he was just as DISRESPECTFUL as his mother!! I WOULD NOT recommend that you allow these people in your home/business!!

Small demo project in master bath. Sink disconnected, and remove 73 inch vanity. Debris removed from property. Excellent service, on time and efficient.
