"DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! THIS COMPANY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT SHOW UP!!! I hired Clarity pools for weekly service. Half of the time they skipped out on servicing my pool. When confronted about the issue the pool tech caught an attitude with me and left mid service. He didnâ  t even finish after not showing up for 2 weeks! Heâ  s saying there were times the water level wasnâ  t right which is why the pool wasnâ  t clean. I say if thereâ  s chemicals were In the pool and leaves removed, the water would still have visibility to see through and it would not be green. This company is completely unprofessional and the pool techs lie and say they service the pool when they donâ  t. My job takes me away and I travel a lot so they thought they could get away with skipping out on my service dates. I have multiple text messages asking when someone was coming to service the pool. Many times those texts would go unanswered. I even decided to prorate the payment in November when they didnâ  t show up for 3 weeks. I donâ  t mind paying for serviceâ ¦.but I donâ  t know anyone who likes paying for service they didnâ  t receive. My advice to you is to FIND ANOTHER COMPANY like I did. I would attach screen shots if I could repeatedly asking when he will be coming to service the pool. The crazy part is they act like their doing me a favor when I hired them!!!"

"Had a new driveway removed and expanded. Also added a walkway around the whole side and 1/4 of the back of the house. It looks great. Very professional & always showed up when they said they would. Everything was cleaned up when the huge project was done. Everyone was courteous and easy to work with. The job was done well. Would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone."

"Left the color in the hot tube not mixed so you can see spots. Left the drain covers not screwed down. Broke my door handle on my porch, hasn?t answered phone calls and I went to their office which is not really there office. Small sign in window. Would have loved to have a veteran make money on me but not leave me stuff to do like replace my flow sensor when I had Joe swap it over to salt water. Not a good idea to use this company. Poor customer service."

"Last year Poolside Designs were forced to come out to our home and replace the LED pool lights which were still under warranty. After some lengthy back and forth they agreed to do so. However, after about 7 months, those supposedly new lights failed to turn on ever again. Once again I contacted Pool Side Design and their representative, Derek Dixon, about replacing these lights. Derek came out and confirmed the lights were broken and needed to be replaced despite seeing no reason why they might have stopped working. There was some confusion as to whether or not this could be another warranty fix or not, but rather than hassle them again over this issue, I simply asked if they could give a quote to replace the lights. I have two deaf and sight-impaired dogs that rely on the pool being lit, so it was important this issue got fixed quickly, regardless of price. On 9/30 Derek said he would have me a quote the following week. I never heard from him. Requests for callbacks went unanswered On 11/2 Derek finally replied to an e-mail and said quote, I will get a quote to you. Trying to get a deal throuh our rep. I will call him again now. (spelling error his). The quote never came. On 12/1 after asking again, Derek wrote quote, Sorry Stephen. I called him again Monday. I asked him to work out a cash deal on the lights. I will have a number for you in the morning. On 12/13 I asked for an update and received no reply. The following week I called and asked Derek to call me back, I was assured he would, but he did not. On 12/30 I e-mailed again and that e-mail has never been replied to. In my e-mails, I was polite and professional. I was not pushy or rude throughout the entire e-mail conversation. Please understand this company will happily come out and charge you big money to put in a pool, however, that is all they care about. They want to secure the big contract, put in the pool, then refuse to ever service it, honor their warranties, or return phone calls. I would imagine, like most pool companies, Pool Side Design is booked up for the entire year installing new pools, as such, servicing previous customers or following up as promised is not as lucrative, so they simply ignore those requests. I cannot recommend this company, their business practices are suspect. Let us be honest, Derek Dixon was e-mailing me trying to negotiate a cash deal for the lights. Who knows what kind of shenanigans or lights I would be purchasing under these shady circumstances? It seems the previous replacement lights could not be repaired under warranty, now I wonder why? We might never know."
