"I was having trouble with a pocket door and expected to have to replace it. Sterner examined it and said that the problem was that several of the wheels on the track had seized up. I applied penetrating oil to them and they worked great. The work took less than he had expected and he charged me less than his estimate. It would have been easy for him to say the replacement was necessary and he would have made more money. His honesty was on a par with the excellent caliber of the repair. Looking at the trim that he had to remove and restore makes it hard to believe that it was even touched!"
