"JCA provided the customer with a very good price, JCA explained that it will take time because JCA was very busy work with the client, The client was supposed to provided JCA all the materials on-site the client did not, JCA had to pick up the supply to HD where she ordered. Bathroom tub, toilets(2) and shower glass door, also purchased the materials to installed the tiles. Spend over 4hrs waiting for it, spend time and money paying his helper delivery the materials at no charge, also after removing all shower walls replace the plumbing lines and installed a new shower valve and all new CPVC plumbing lines were CPVC lines existed. The tub that she order was smaller and had to build a frame to be able to installed the new tub, replace the complete drain line, cut concrete slab to fit the new plumbing lines, Installed new hardy boards walls, wall tile installation. In the interim the bathroom light when out, JCA replace the ballast and the light bulbs with no additional charges. No charge for new plumbing lines and new drain lines, braking/cutting concrete slab, building a frame 20”x 60” with new wood studs and screw with 2.5” wood screw to the existing studs(this a custom build). Regarding the $4,000.00 dollars charge alleged paid to JCA, this was not true JCA collected a deposit in the amount of $1.500.00 dollars 3 days after staring the project and and all her bathroom walls, plumbing lines, tub and some of her bathroom floor were removed. JCA did not ask her for the deposit she insisted that JCA take it. In conclusion JCA performed all the above work for only $1,500.00 dollars. an other person told the client the lines needed to be Copper, she demanded to JCA to replace all the lines therefore removing all the walls and tiles already installed. JCA response there is no need for Cooper lines CPVC are the materials used unless the job call for different materials. client wouldn't accept it. After working hard and helping this client with no good results we can't further work with this client, the work was stop."
