"I have used other painting service but none would come close to Painting by Tibi. The crew checked and double checked all of their work and not only was I to be satisfied but they too had to be satisfied with their work. I would strongly recommend them and should the need arise for any of their many services, they will be the one I call."

"My wife and I were both very pleased, it looks like new. Our main concern was all the pollen and moss that had gathered on top of the pool cage from the spring season. It was too tall for us to blow out or spray out ourselves. I called Kevin after seeing recommendations from local social media. He came out same day to give us an estimate and we decided to do it, including washing the entire pool deck. The entire pool area is sparkling clean. And he took very good care to keep as much dirt as possible away from the pool. He was friendly, fast and professional, and we're going to hire him again for our front walkway and driveway. My wife was also especially happy that all the spiders are gone from the trusses in the pool area!"

"Excellent service. Rapid response to my inquiry for a price quote on the work to be done. Performed work in a professional manner and reviewed what was washed after the job so that I could identify any areas I wanted retouched. None was required."

"Alain was literally in the neighborhood when I left a request for service. He stopped by my home in 15 minutes, surveyed the job, made a fair quote (after 2 others here for same), accepted and completed the job within the hour. A professional, friendly, courteous, and didn't upsell. Would definitely have Alain come back in 6 months to maintain the gutters. He took pictures to show me what was clogging the gutters. Looking foreward to the next rainfall to see the gutters actually work."

"WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE: Excellent customer service; no hidden costs; product offered is best on market (3M); comparable pricing with other companies; offered military discount; available for questions with same day responses; extremely professional, kind, accommodating, easy to work with and talk to; installer was detailed, efficient, and exceptionally skilled; had them return for two additional jobs (as we liked their work and product so much); HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"

Sandblasting Services questions, answered by experts

Seal joints, clean debris regularly, and address cracks promptly to maintain appearance and stability.

Soda-blasting systems are slightly more expensive than sandblasting systems. To soda blast, you’ll need to spend a few hundred dollars for a blast hose and nozzle, a compressed air supply, a blast generator, a moisture decontamination system, and sodium bicarbonate media, a recurring cost because the powder is not reusable. To start with sandblasting, you will need to spend upwards of $30 for a blast pot, a blast gun, an air compressor, and sandblasting media, many of which are recyclable—further reducing the cost. The total cost for either will depend on the size of the system.

Costs depend on surface material, labor, debris disposal, and the type of blasting media used.

There are two ways sandblasting could be dangerous: improper use of the equipment so that the stream touches your skin, and air particles created during the sandblasting process. While the first is easier to avoid and fairly obvious, the second has the potential to be more serious and is much more difficult to understand. This is why you should always hire a pro to sandblast, as they understand the dangers associated with the process. If proper safety measures are taken, then sandblasting is rarely dangerous.

The best way to sand a deck is by cleaning it, sanding the boards and stairs with 60- or 80-grit sandpaper, and sanding the railings and posts with 80-grit sandpaper. You should sand in the direction of the wood grain to avoid damaging the timber. When sanding your deck, use medium pressure and aim for an even sand. Pressing too hard with a sander can damage decks, as most are softwoods.
