He stopped by my home in 15 minutes, surveyed the job, made a fair quote (after 2 others here for same), accepted and completed the job within the hour. A professional, friendly, courteous, and didn't upsell. Would definitely have Alain come back in 6 months to maintain the gutters. He took pictures to show me what was clogging the gutters. Looking foreward to the next rainfall to see the gutters actually work."
