"July 7 2025 we lost our house to a fire . Paul Davis Bellview has not just been rebuildour home they are helping to mend our broken hearts. Losing our home of 31y and everything in it , has been horrendous. We have had some bumps ,along the way . That were smoothed out by the Paul Davis team ,Tammy , John Larry and David . "The Prime Contractor was amenable to making contractual changes before the project began; this was greatly beneficial to assuaging customer concerns. The majority of sub-contractors performed assigned tasks without incident, all without any accidents—and all were insured. The final product resulted in a detached garage with framing, roofing, gutters, doors, windows, electrical and plumbing that are worthy or show-casing first-rate craftsmanship. I am extremely pleased with the final result and would readily work with this company again on future projects."

"I had a 400 square foot detached garage that had been used as my husbands work shop and I decided to renovate it and make it a guest cottage by extending it 420 more square feet.  Looked up remodeling contractors on Angies list to help me in my selection.  I found Steppen & Spaulding listed as well as others and received quotes from them as well as three others.  My choice after reviewing Steppen & Spaulding's contract was made.  They did exactly what their contract stated with the exception of when it came to the fill for the septic system requiring more fill due to changes in the counties rules regarding septic systems; at a slight increase in cost for the fill.  Project started in November 2012 and completed in August 2013.  They were very accommodating throughout the whole process and I am very pleased with the end results.  Would definetly hire them again. Trusted them as well with the selection of their sub-contractors. What impressed me the most was that they cleaned up the work site at the end of each work day on the project and required that of any sub-contactor as well.  Not one to be able to visualize the concept of a structure from a drawing on paper (blueprint) to the finished product; I had to put a lot of faith in Dan Spaulding and Thomas Steppen. Thank you Dan, Thomas and Jay.  I am very happy with the finished product and the wonderful work you did. Would reccomend your company anytime.

"Everything went well, despite problems with "wavy" wall behind the cabinet. Frank also checked the crawl space to make sure it wasn't a structural problem. While doing so, he found a small gas leak that might have gone undetected for some time. I was able to contact my heating company and have the leak fixed before it could worsen.
