"The installation of my flooring went incredible!!! I can’t imagine what it may have been like with another contractor with the amount of repairs and unexpected repairs. Terry has great integrity and pride in his work and the finished product. He made sure to check the whole house for dips, sags, and buckled spots in my previous 11 year old flooring before putting the new luxury vinyl in. Terry made sure to explain to me why these needed to be cut away and repaired to ensure the best foundation for new flooring. He repaired water and termite damage to the sub-floor which was a bigger task than anymore could imagine. I could go on and on but to sum everything up if you are looking for a professional, prompt, contractor with integrity you have found your guy!!!!!!! I will be hiring Terry for many more repairs to my home later on down the road."

"I had a 400 square foot detached garage that had been used as my husbands work shop and I decided to renovate it and make it a guest cottage by extending it 420 more square feet.  Looked up remodeling contractors on Angies list to help me in my selection.  I found Steppen & Spaulding listed as well as others and received quotes from them as well as three others.  My choice after reviewing Steppen & Spaulding's contract was made.  They did exactly what their contract stated with the exception of when it came to the fill for the septic system requiring more fill due to changes in the counties rules regarding septic systems; at a slight increase in cost for the fill.  Project started in November 2012 and completed in August 2013.  They were very accommodating throughout the whole process and I am very pleased with the end results.  Would definetly hire them again. Trusted them as well with the selection of their sub-contractors. What impressed me the most was that they cleaned up the work site at the end of each work day on the project and required that of any sub-contactor as well.  Not one to be able to visualize the concept of a structure from a drawing on paper (blueprint) to the finished product; I had to put a lot of faith in Dan Spaulding and Thomas Steppen. Thank you Dan, Thomas and Jay.  I am very happy with the finished product and the wonderful work you did. "We had a great experience working with Gift Remodeling LLC! They renovated our entire kitchen (including floors) and also laid tile on our back porch and took care of some other projects around the house. They were very accommodating to any changes we requested, and they completed the project within the agreed time frame. Duniel (the owner) was quick to respond and very friendly. We'll absolutely be using them again for future projects. We recommend 100%"

"Everything went great! The project took about 2 weeks. The old tar/gravel roof was removed and a new metal roof was installed on 3/4 of the house. The other 1/4 required TPO since it was a completely flat area. A lot of the old wood had to be replaced due to the age and termite activity. Flashing up around the chimney is holding up great and a part of my old rainwater collection gutter system was even reinstalled on the new roof. The fascia and soffit looks great too. We've been through 5-6 rain storms already and there has been no leaks. The wood around the garage was replaced and then the whole thing was wrapped in vinyl for a clean look. Two end features on the peak of the house were wrapped as well and it made the house look very clean and neat. As for cleanup, for the most part all went well. As can be expected, a few old roofing nails were found, but not that many. A few short pieces of metal roofing and a few leftover panels were left behind as well as a bag of screws. (We made a shed with them) Overall we were very satisfied. Other roofing companies we called were quoting us $18-20K without the addition of the extra wood and the cost of the fascia/soffit or the garage repair."
