"It was a pleasure working with the Kirkland's (Big Hammer Construction). They were courteous, thoughtful, knowledgeable and very helpful in working with us to bring our vision to life. "July 7 2025 we lost our house to a fire . Paul Davis Bellview has not just been rebuildour home they are helping to mend our broken hearts. Losing our home of 31y and everything in it , has been horrendous. We have had some bumps ,along the way . That were smoothed out by the Paul Davis team ,Tammy , John Larry and David . From the start Grif and his remediation team explained each step. Kenny made sure he heard what was important to me and just let my cry and cry. Fast forward , our home is almost ready . Now we are picking out cabinets and floors Tammy has so much patience. This is not a corporate vibe. Family owned and the owner really cares about his customers.Mr. ingold stayed in contact with us the whole process . We also got lucky because our ,city of minneola has the best people. Helen kept all the wheels turning . I pray you have not experienced what we have been through . I can say , PD are really good people and do incredable work . Highly recommend . A company with"

"Mike is not a Handyman, he is an professional at any service he performs. I had issue with the AC unit. I had several techs stop by and explain what they thought was wrong. All estimates were very high. Thousands of dollars to repair. Mike stop by and repaired it on-site within minutes. I recommend anybody that needs work contact Mike. "Frank returned our call within 24 hours and scheduled an appointment for an estimate of repairs. He was prompt and courteous. When repairs were made, Frank and his crew arrived when expected. Most of the back half of the roof metal had to be replaced due to removing the framework that held the solar panels. His crew removed the damaged metal from the roof starting in the afternoon and returned the next morning and finished all repairs in the early afternoon. They cleaned up the work area each day and left everything neat and orderly. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and efficient. It was a pleasure to have them do the work. Solarshield had originally installed the roof in 2005. His crew at that time was equally professional and great to work with."

"Recommended, this Company is definitely out of league, other thing, I didn’t expect such a level of professionalism and attention, these days people is just about the money and for business only, this Contractor really care about your project, just good things to say about them."

"The Prime Contractor was amenable to making contractual changes before the project began; this was greatly beneficial to assuaging customer concerns. The majority of sub-contractors performed assigned tasks without incident, all without any accidents—and all were insured. The final product resulted in a detached garage with framing, roofing, gutters, doors, windows, electrical and plumbing that are worthy or show-casing first-rate craftsmanship. I am extremely pleased with the final result and would readily work with this company again on future projects."

"Very good, on time arrival, completed job, good house keeping. Also fix front door as some settling happened. Overall very good job and would highly recommend this contractor"

"Great company. They will be doing more work for my family."
