After ironing out some misunderstandings and issues along the way, Greg and his team worked diligently to transform a disgusting pit into a sparkling swimming pool dressed in new tiles, skimmer, deep end steps, and refreshed deck. They also addressed hairline cracks and hollow spots to ensure stability and proper plaster adhesion, guaranteed to provide years of fun and enjoyment for the entire family. But after almost a year, the list of problems is long?and unfortunately, the resolution process has been frustrating from start to finish. Most recently, we had to have our cracking waterline glass tile replaced with porcelain. But this is just one of many issues we?ve faced. The biggest frustration has been that every time the company came out to fix something, it required constant follow-up and badgering just to get them to show up. And almost without fail, each visit to fix a problem seemed to create a new one. They?ve acid washed our pool three times now. Initially, it looks great?but the white streaks in our Tahoe Blue finish always return. I?ve maintained proper chemical balance since they completed the pool in November, so I know this isn?t a maintenance issue. I?m really concerned this is a sign"
