Joe pulled off a miracle! We were trying to close on a home in Summerfield, but the bank required the wood rotted back patio roof to be repaired or removed. Joe was the only handyman we interviewed, that with his skills thought he could successfully accomplish the task. He was able to remove the rotten wood, replace with new wood and we were able to keep the roof. Most importantly, the bank was happy with the repair and we were able to close on our new home. Also, Joe met our deadlines in a very timely and efficient manner. Thank you Joe! We would hire you again in a heartbeat!
