"I felt they did a fairly good job, just missed some details and seemed to rush through the cleaning. Two people came to clean and they did not stay for 3 hours... they were probably here for 2 hours total, so I feel like more time could have been spent to avoid missing some of the details. Examples of what was missed: - lamps were not dusted - wine bottles and wine shelves in a piece of furniture were missed (i did ask her to do them and she did) - a tile shelf in the bathroom was not cleaned and still had grime on it - missed dusting nightstands and dusting under the bed. They are VERY responsive! I sincerely appreciated the ability to communicate through email and she emailed back right away."

"The downstairs was cleaned effectively, and efficiently. The upstairs was not done correctly. The top of the Armoire was not touched, and was still dusty. The floor in one corner was dusty, and obviously was not vacummed, nor was it mopped. The bathtub was gritty, and not what I was told would be done. I did not check these items until the next morning, as I only did a cursory look. I would have told them to complete the job, if I had checked more closely."
