About us
Complete Concrete Systems was conceived and created after years of hard work grinding, polishing, and coating concrete installations. Starting 20 years ago pouring foundations, slab installs, & concrete restorations; Complete Concrete Systems was conceived and has evolved through the hard work and steady industry education of its founder, Justin Stolba of Delaware. With over 30 years of comprehensive concrete knowledge, Justin mastered both the concrete preparation and polishing trade, having been on thousands of installs. CCS's natural progression into the resinous coatings industry began more than 20 years ago, and has grown steadily with product advancements and availability to include a variety of urethane, epoxy, and polyurea coatings in the commercial and industrial arena. Our focus is in the prep and installation of coatings; both repairs and new installs in Warehouses, Pharma Facilities, Food Processing plants, Cannabis prod. & Storage Facilities throughout the east coast.

"This is totally false information and gives good contractors a bad name. We looked at your walkway once it was completed and took photos. You and your husband loved it until I requested payment. After months of asking for the balance, you claimed to have a problem. I once again came out and looked at the sidewalk. It was chipped from your lawnmower and had tire marks all over it. This is not a problem that should be put on Complete Concrete Systems and furthermore any reason you should hold off on payment. I have plenty of great reviews and my customers know that I would do anything to ensure they received the best product. Contractors beware of this person, I am not the only one who has been burnt by this woman!!!!"
