Wow! I truly feel like I struck gold finding Chet to help out with my flooring! I am in the process of bringing an older home back to life and step one was removing old stained carpet and bringing up wood floors underneath. We hit a minor problem that changed the course of project from floor restoration to a complete replacement job. I could not be happier with the results. Chet was extremely responsive, fair, and kind during the whole process and was working very close to holiday times which I am so appreciative of. I attached some photos of the floors prior to removal, middle replacement, and the final look. Chet was the hardest working one man army I have ever seen. I would highly recommend his skill and expertise when it comes to flooring because he knocked this job out of the park! Thank you so much for helping my dream space come to life !

Chester did a wonderful job refinish my hardwood floor. Our house was rented out , the floor was a disaster . Chester came , worked hard and completely changed my floor from disaster to beautiful , and price was reasonable. He is an exceptional contractor among all the ones we have had ! We are lucky to have him to do our floor.

Chet completed my project in good time and was knowledgeable and personable. He did not show me the full extent of the water damage and I have to pull some or all of the boards up and replace the rest of it. Either way it was not an honest job because he left (I have Photo) a lot of rotten wood and a vapor barrier was not replace and it has black mold.

I did the repairs to your sun porch while you were there and I even asked you to inspect the work before and as I replaced the new flooring. I got paid in full and you even hired me Again to do your kitchen backsplash. After multiple unnecessary trips to Home Depot for missing and broken tiles, I declined your backsplash service and told you I'd return the receipt for the materials once I was in the area and you OK'd it. Seems to me after I declined your job now there's a problem and most importantly I was NEVER given a call to fix what you didn't like, you went straight to social media. If this was an actual complaint, an easy fix would have been for you to Communicate...Sorry for any inconvenience created and I'm here if you need me??"

Our floors were in bad shape, a lot of wear from 2 large dogs and years of neglect. Chet went over the process and gave us a great price. He was friendly, professional and flexible with us. Honestly, our floors look better now than they did when they were originally installed. We are thrilled!!!
