During the process, Mike kept me in the loop as to what he was doing. In fact, he put down three different stains for me to decide which one I thought would look the best. "The downstairs was cleaned effectively, and efficiently. The upstairs was not done correctly. The top of the Armoire was not touched, and was still dusty. The floor in one corner was dusty, and obviously was not vacummed, nor was it mopped. The bathtub was gritty, and not what I was told would be done. I did not check these items until the next morning, as I only did a cursory look. I would have told them to complete the job, if I had checked more closely."
