"Jeremiah came out and tested the air and moisture and other items to determine if I had mold in my basement. After getting the test results there was evidence of mold and he recommended a company that provides a do it yourself kit for mold remediation. (Not cheap). After getting the items and realizing that there was more work, it would have been better for me to let my insurance company handle this as I do have coverage for mold/fungi. Though having a professional do the work is expensive, from what Jeremiah mentioned, it does not guarantee that the work will be complete or the source of the problem taken care of. He mentioned most companies will take care of the mold but not necessarily the cause of the mold. For this I would have to contact another company."

"The company was extremely responsive and accommodated the tight timeline to schedule a visit with Jack. He was prompt and very professional. He explained the issues and recommended options to address the remediation. Jack was very helpful and provided the estimate within 24 hours."

"Derrick & his partner have been wonderful to work with since the initial call. Super fast responses. They truly have our best interest in place. The work is being done next month and we couldn't be happier to have them remediate the asbestos. We truly trust Derrick!"

"Paul and his crew did a great job with the asbestos removal in my den. I was able to get on the schedule in a sufficient amount of time which was great for me because I was getting ready to have surgery and wanted to have this done prior to my surgery. They showed up in a timely manner, were polite, and cleaned up efficiently before they left. I would highly recommend S&P asbestos!"

"Excellent, very satisfactory. Radon Brothers' rep came, saw the problem, and replaced the leaking radon exhaust PVC pipe in my basement floor. All in record time. Am very satisfied and will continue using Angi contractors."

"This was the 3rd time we have used Lawson and we have been very pleased each time. The first was a crawl space, the second was to remove old insulation in the attic and replace it. This time we had Lawson install a vent from a bathroom fan and install a Sanadry unit in our basement. No more moisture or musty smell! Great job every time and the men are pleasant to work with and respectful of our home. Neat and tidy work."

"I didn't know what I was in for when I needed a radon mitigation expert. I figured it would be expensive and take forever. The Radon Bros were the best thing that could have happened! Extremely professional, knowledgeable, very affordable, and quick to respond! A great experience, start to finish!!"

"Everything went smoothly.   James responded to my call promptly.   He met with us at the mobile home to talk about what they would do to test for the mold and remediate if necessary.   All of our questions were answered.   They were very professional, friendly, and provided excellent communication through every step."

"One year later and with all the bad weather and flooding , I have not had one drop of water in my basement. Have been hearing horror stories of people whose basements are flooded. Steve and his team did a tremendous job at a great price"

"Chris was WONDERFUL! I just purchased a home and wanted to have a mold inspection done for peace of mind. Chris took time to explain the process and put my fears at ease with his vast knowledge. He reviewed the test results with me prior to closing which gave me the peace of mind I needed to confirm I was making a good purchase and great investment. I highly recommend Mid Atlantic Commercial Residential Real Estate Solutions. VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS!!"
