I had several problems with the contractor and, indeed, had to spend a considerable time on the telephone calling people at your place to give me suggestions as to what I should do. No one could tell me anything. I am an 80 year old woman doing this alone and had no idea if what he was planning was going to work. I am not sure at this moment if they are finished with the job or not and need someone to come over to my home and assess the back roof before I can say. They were here for parts of 3 days. I was not very pleased with Angi!!

James was professional and took time to explain his processes. Work was done and completed when scheduled (arrived early and began working right away) and results looked fine... Aside from our roof, our gutters, now empty, look cleaner on the outside than they have in years! Well Done. James said he'll be coming back this week to check on his roof cleaning, which will be appreciated ... we just saw neighbors across the street that had a different service do their work, and their cleaners had to return a week later and do the roof cleaning all over again. Keep up the good work, James ! ... Called James on a Saturday, he came right over to look at the job. Came back the next day, got it all done. My deck and driveway and sidewalks look spectacular!! He even cleaned the roof and sides of my shed. I highly recommend him, and would use him again in a heartbeat! Thanks, James!
