The owner was very professional and my project was completed in just one day. The contractors were experienced and friendly. They were very good, very clean and my basement looks better now and is dry. I havenâ t had any musky smells since the first day after the work was finished.

"Wow! Wow! and Wow!" We à  have been ripped off by several "alleged" reputable contractors in the past. à  Needless to say I was more than skeptical about listening to another one. à  Not only did I receive an education about waterproofing, all of our questions were more than answered satisfactorily. à  All the while the salesperson was congenial and professional (Wow #1). I was impressed, but everything has a price tag, right? Then Mike, the salesman, quotes me a price so affordable I almost let it go (Wow #2). This nagging voice in the back of my brain kept saying "You get what you pay for", that was until I saw the quality of the work and the materials used (Wow #3). à  These people really care about their product and their clients . à   à   Tim O'Neill Collingswood NJ On a personal note, I think that the à  way "Best Choice Waterproofing" conducts its business should be used as a business model for Corporate America. à  We all would be in a better place.

They forgot to caulk the perimeter and were out the next day.

The job was very Professionally done they started and finish on time

I had work done June 2020 from the salesman Mike to the crew , they were professional, honest about what I needed and didn't need . They did make sure the work was done right. I had drainage system with sump pumps installed and my problems have been fixed . Basement is dry no musty smells. The price was great especially with the warranty. Thanks and highly recommend.

My overall experience with Best Choice Waterproofing was FABULOUS from the beginning to the very end!! I had quite a large water problem in my basement, which thanks to Best Choice, I no longer have! They were very professional, nice, not pushy and the work was finished in one day! The other important part the price was right!!

Very pleased with the work. He was pleasant and answered all questions, Sealed the crack in the foundation wall inside and out. Reasonable price , all others wanted to oversell the work, by saying we needed additional work done. We didn't buy it. Best said we didn't need it. Love the honesty!
