"Two men arrived, introduced themselves, I explained what was to be done as they walked around the house with me, taking pictures. They then told me what they would do, began working and were done in 1 hour and 15 minutes, then told me to feel the carpet, which was very damp, but said that in a couple of hours it would be dry enough to put furniture back. I waited 4 1/2 hours and the carpet was dry. I was VERY satisfied with their professionalism, the work that they did and their courtesy."
