One year later and with all the bad weather and flooding , I have not had one drop of water in my basement. Have been hearing horror stories of people whose basements are flooded. Steve and his team did a tremendous job at a great price

Steve calmed my fears and did the job in two phases at a great price. First all Mold was removed. Second Steve’s Cree came out and built the French Drain in my basement. In both occasions Steve’s crew came out on time and worked very hard to get the job done. Steve kept in constant contact with me during the process and sent pictures of the completed job. I highly recommend Steve for his professionalism and Honesty.

The young man did the inspection and testing as prescribed in the deal, but he kept changing his recommendations as well as his pricing for certain services. Ultimately, he didn't seem to have the expertise that was necessary for our particular situation.

Steve Newman arrived on time and completed the required work to our satisfaction within a totally acceptable time frame. Their professionalism was commendable. They also removed all debris and cleaned and disinfected the entire work area.

Mr. Newman never delivered on three of the specific elements that he promised. The purpose from our point of view was to get a handle on how severe our mold problem actually is in order to make an informed decision about whether to go ahead with remediation. Mr. Newman did not conduct moisture readings, mold tests or provide certified laboratory results. He also did not provide a full fungal analysis with a remediation proposal.

He was very professional. Fair price. Everything was done in a day. Completed exactly what was on the to do list. I was going to tackle this myself, but I am glad I hired someone. The crawl space is clean. there is comfort in knowing that the floors and joists are sound, and the smell of a musty hard winter is gone. I actually went in my crawl space for the very first time. He did not find any mold and was very honest about what he had found. He is very kind man. He didn't charge for the inspection when other companies wanted to.

Steve and his crew was awesome! They did a fantastic job. They cleaned up the area afterward, removed all the debris. They were courteous and helpful, and came on time. The owner, Steve came the first day and did not leave until he was satisfied with their progress. He has answered all my calls and emails promptly without delay and made sure we were satisfied.
