Jack and his team were LIFESAVERS. We discovered we had asbestos after water damage caused us to rip up part of our carpet. Jack came out to assess the damage, was extremely helpful, and managed to calm my frantic self. He scheduled our project within days and was able to remove all of the carpet and tile within one day. I could not recommend a better company for asbestos removal. We bought a new house and found asbestos under all the old flooring, everything had to go. Steve was very friendly and came all the way out to our area to take a look and give us a proposal quickly. Pricing was good. The work was easily scheduled and very well done. They took the proper safety steps and even had a third party come do air samples to make sure no asbestos was in the air. We even called them back for another job a few weeks later. They were just as prompt, friendly, and thorough as the first time. Don't bother looking for other companies, go with this one and save yourself the time.

The company was extremely responsive and accommodated the tight timeline to schedule a visit with Jack. He was prompt and very professional. He explained the issues and recommended options to address the remediation. Jack was very helpful and provided the estimate within 24 hours.

I got in touch with Jack over the phone and he made an appointment to come out to look at the space and the work to be done. He had a guy out to finish the work within a week. I had some questions after the work was done, and he was very responsive about follow-ups.

Steve quickly provided proposal and had work completed. Arranged follow up air quality test same day as removal. Sam was professional and made the extra effort to leave the area extra clean. Found ACi-TECH to be very responsive to questions and concerns.

Steve was professional and easily accessible throughout the project. I felt he provided a fair price for the scope of work. His team was able to effectively remediate the asbestos issue which was confirmed by a third party air testing company. Would definitely recommend Steve and his team for future hazardous waste removal services.

Steve was responsive to our call in a very timely manner.  He was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.  His staff, Irfan and one other gentleman completed the work in a timely, professional manner as well.  They were very considerate of working in a home (residential vs. commercial), and took steps to keep areas they were walking through clean and debris free.   They explained what they would be doing regarding the removal and encapsulating.  When finished the work (in a matter of hours) they 
cleaned the work area thoroughly.  
It was our pleasure to work with such professional, reasonable, and friendly people.  We recommend them highly.

I called this ACI-Tech twice for an estimate. I am in the middle of
purchasing a home and need an estimate for asbestos removal. I called
the number listed and it might be an answering service. The woman
that I spoke with was very nice and professional. The second time I
called, I told her I had already called and need an estimate she said I
will relay that to them and inform them that it is your second call. Still
never received any call from the company. Very disappointing considering
all the other positive reviews

He was prompt, thorough, responsive and efficient.  Most importantly, he was honest in letting us know that we did NOT have asbestos and could proceed in our redecorating.  His pricing is budget-friendly and we will be glad to refer our friends to him.  Thanks, Jack!

I made no less than three attempts to contact this company about doing some testing for me. They could not be bothered to respond to either phone messages or email. Very unprofessional.

He was prompt, courteous, friendly, and very professional. He arrived at the scheduled time, did a thorough investigation of all areas of concern, and provided us with insightful information about the nature of our problems. As it turns out, our problem did not require professional intervention. If we ever do need a contractor, Jack would be the first person we would call.

We thought we may have needed an asbestos removal job. Turns out my husband and I are just anxious first time home owners. Thankfully, we called a wonderful honest company who told us we probably didn't need asbestos removal at all. I will always remember this and recommend them to anyone needing a job done. Jack Helms came out within 24 hours of my call to him to find out about asbestos abatement. Jack provided me with recommendations and told me a few ways to save some money by having the material tested instead of having him do the testing.  Jack provided me with a local testing center that I am going to take the material to be tested.
He informed me of the procedure in order to remove the materials, timeline and post process testing if it should turn up positive.  I feel extremely confident in his ability to complete the job and I will be calling him if/when I need his services.  In an environment where it is so difficult to get an expert or contract out to your house and provide information he did so quickly and professionally.
