Chris of Mr. Rooter did a fantastic job. He quickly diagnosed the problem and provided me with several different options. He installed my new hydro-powered sump pump on the same day in a very efficient manner. In addition, he tested the new pump several times to ensure it operated properly. Mr. Rooter receives my highest recommendation. They provide very professional, efficient, and fairly priced services. Thank you.

Expensive and work did not solve the problem.

I needed my bathroom faucet switched out. I was out of town when my tenant informed me it had a small leak. I had bought the new one already and just needed it changed. When I asked the cost they told me they would need to see the project first? Ok, I said thinking I have done this many times what?s to see? Anyway, the young man came and told me it would cost $400 to change our faucet and $300 to replace the cut-offs. I told him that it was crazy high! He responded by asking how much I wanted to pay??? How unprofessional! I told him how shocked I was at that response and he kept asking what I would want to pay so I said $200. He said okay and installed the new faucet but did not replace the cut-offs ( I guess they did not need replacing after all). This is an extremely unprofessional company that clearly looks to rip people off. I have not been to the house to see the work so I can?t judge the work.

Zack was knowledgeable and professional. He also reported at the time that he said he would be at the home. We would utilize Mr. Rooter plumbing again.

When they first arrived they wanted to charge $369. I asked him to leave. I had done this kind repair in my younger years and knew how easy and quick it was to repair. We finally negotiated a price of $188. When he got started it took him 20 minutes to finish the job. Seniors should negotiate the price before having them do the work and search the internet to see what their job should cost.
