"Jim came over the same as I called to estimate the job, and stuck by the price. This was a more complex project than a standard toilet, due to the upflush requirements ,but Jim worked diligently and got it installed and operational in a single day. While there, he also fixed another issue at an extremely reasonable price. He even called a few days later just to make sure everything was ok.
