He started project. Did poor job on what he did. Left a mess and never hooked up sink. Kept leaving saying he had another job he was to be at. He used some of our tools because he didn’t have his own. He chipped a piece from flooring of our expensive walkin tub. He took $750 to get new pipe and for labor but he never returned and will not return my texts. He dented the heater that was on the wall. Broke toilet tissue holder. I had an estimate done by a reputable contractor and it came to $3100 to finish and complete the bathroom to where we can use it. My husband is a disabled veteran and this bathroom is imperative for him. I would just like the $750 that I paid DandT to pay new contractor.

The job could've been finished the same day but was delayed to the next one due to not having enough tiles the day of, the job had started Monday (Sep. 23rd) and finished Tuesday (Sep. 24th). But the ceiling has begun to fall apart again starting Friday (Sep. 27th) and the trash is still here after it was agreed they'd take the trash (on invoice). We were told they'd come back to get it yesterday, but it's still here outside against our house where they left it. It was a struggle to get them on the phone yesterday as he said he was in a meeting and promised to return my three missed calls and two voicemails regarding the ceiling. I simply got a got a text message asking for photos of the ceiling falling apart again, but no reply after leaving my photos on seen in text messages. We had even offered extra money for the trouble they came across with needing to find more tiles.

The service that I received was Excellent
