We had a Kohler faucet that was several years old and begin to malfunction. I contacted Jim to replaced the Kohler provided valve and replace our garbage disposal. To no fault of Jim's the valve did not work and the pressure from the sink was very low. There was an issue with the supply line that was inadvertently compromised. I called Jim and without hesitation he agreed to install new faucet at no cost. I can't express how much I appreciate his professionalism. Will call him for all future plumbing needs.

"AGS was fantastic to work with, from Todd, the salesperson who came to my house, all the way to Luke who delivered a sink grid to replace the incorrect one I originally received. I had contacts with so many of the employees of AGS (Baris, Oscar, Baran, Tiffany, and more whose names I don’t remember) and each one was thoughtful, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Their customer service is top-notch. I had a few minor glitches that were attended to immediately (e.g., the sink grid). I went to the showroom so I could actually pick out my granite stone. "I have used Danny at least 10 times. He remodeled an investment property I purchased and did carpentry, flooring , some electrical and plumbing. His work is EXCEPTIONAL and he has the strongest attention to details. His carpentry skills are next level, he rebuilt a stairwell and raised a roof as well. Very trustworthy guy, and did a lot of the work for me with no supervision as the property was in another state. Never had any issues and he sent pictures of the work daily. Additionally after the work was completed I started using him in my personal home in pa and he did flooring/ tile and built shelving, installed toilets and sinks and built a bar in my basement.
