"I tried several companies and Poseidon was the only one who could do a simple toilet repair within a week. Additionally, their policy is to provide a no-cost estimate. Other companies charged for this and did not apply it to the cost if I wee to proceed. The technician arrived on time (after calling as promised to alert me), accurately diagnosed the problem, and fixed it. Charge was slightly below other estimates. I will definitely use Poseidon again if needed."

"The Delaware Plumbing Professionals (DPP) that installed my products were Ryan and Anthony. I was very happy with the products and services provided to me. Here are things I want to express in no particular order. 1. Ryan/Anthony were on time. 2. They answered all of my questions. 3. I feel good knowing that my water hardness has decreased and the amount of chlorine in my water is less. (Artesian adds a lot of chlorine.) 4. I now get suds when I shampoo my hair. 5. My water tastes better. 6. I don't get orange rings in my toilet. 7. Ryan/Anthony are nice guys and a pleasure to talk to. 8. I was not pressured into buying anything. 9.
