Dustin did both of my bathrooms in my Rehoboth Beach condo - completely gutted and redone top to bottom. Dustin worked with me to customize virtually all of the elements. Price was fair; top quality work; always responsive. Easily the best contractor I’ve ever worked with. I’m just sad I have no more bathrooms to renovate.

Dustin, Josh and his crew did an excellent job on both of our bathroom remodels. We had an old wooden skylight that Josh did an outstanding job on lining with acrylic, which looks really nice! The job was completed in between Thanksgiving and Christmas because the crew showed up on time every day, staying late when they needed to complete projects for the day. Each day, they cleaned up before they left. There was a minor issue with one of the toilets a couple weeks after the project was completed and they came right out and fixed it as soon as we called. Overall, great customer service and workmanship!

The entire experience was professional from start to finish. Dustin gave an estimate and his crew was here the next week. They removed our 30 year old tub/shower and installed a beautiful new walk in shower in two days. AND they came back a third day to make an adjustment for a small drip. Excellent service!

A two-day project to convert tub to walk-in shower went smoothly. Jake, Josh and Brian were thorough in their site preparation and detail-oriented in the installation. It was a beautiful job and we appreciated the personal approach of the company: we didn't feel like ours was just one of an assembly-line make-overs.

The main reason it is not a 5 rating is because it took a little longer to do the job than I had hoped. I had tile installed around my new fireplace and backsplash installed in the kitchen. The installation went fine for the fireplace. It was the backsplash that took the time. It took two more days than expected because the gentleman doing it got sick and had to stop the work for those days. He was a very nice guy and I certainly was not upset that he got sick. I just thought they should have had an installer that could have filled in. It may be that I donâ t understand that the same person who started the job should finish the job. But I would definitely recommend them. The workers showed up on time and worked to get the job done and did it very well

Their workers and subs are excellentâ ¦ however the designers and office staff do not pay attention to detail. Therefore there were delays, because they asked us to give them our choices and we did immediately. However, when it came time to install those choices, the office did not act on our choices, then it delayed. They also did not or forgot to do some of the work, which ended up not being complete., and rather than delay further we did not do that portion of the work. I guess if you ride roughshod they would be okay..

Excellent customer service. Every team member was courteous and focused on customer satisfaction. They came when they said they would come, and they helped us make the best decisions with regard to colors and types of materials. The crew, Eveloi Lezama and DeAndre Molock, did the demo and remodel work. They are truly amazing. The quality of work is exceptional. They are both kind, courteous and obliging when it comes to their work and their interactions with the client. The painter, Juan Vaca...what he can do with a paint brush and roller will have you staring at the room in awe. We will definitely recommend this company and these guys to anyone. They are the best !

Coastal Bay removed our existing soaking tub and adjacent shower stall to make way for an oversized tile shower and much-needed bathroom storage space. They handled everything from demo (tub and tile removal) through finish work (luxury vinyl plank flooring, drywall, trim, painting), and installed a beautiful new tile shower and new toilet. It was a pleasure working with Stephen and Dustin to plan this project, and the specialists who executed the plan were exceptional - every person on this job was professional, skilled, friendly, reliable, and on time. Special shout out to Joe for flawless tile work! These guys have integrity, would definitely recommend them.

This was not a small project. The team did a complete remodel of my master bath, a partial remodel of my guest bath as well as replacing tile in my kitchen and foyer.
