They consistently cut corners and over-charged us. We have had to hire another company to fix the issues they created (for instance, the pump controller shorted for the second time last week, and each replacement has cost > $1,500)."

"I would not recommend. I am a real estate agent and contracted this company to install a radon mitigation system in a home prior to closing based on a high radon level test during inspection. I met the company rep at the property and he quoted a system later that day after inspecting the home. The system was installed two weeks later and a retest came back more than double the level of the initial test. This company claims they have a warranty to cover any system modification to get the levels below 2.0. The company sent a crew back out twice and yesterday said the slab is too thick for the system they installed, the hole the installers drilled is too narrow and the home is in a flood zone. We knew the home was in a flood zone, but this company never asked about that and did not do any due diligence prior to installation. They are refusing to honor their warranty and are now quoting a different system that is much more costly. Can?t recommend."

"For weeks, we were getting less and less water from our faucets. Finally, we were down to a dispiriting trickle. A first visit from Garrity did not resolve the issue. When, concerned, I called back several days later, they immediately dispatched Joe and Cody, who arrived w/n 15 min. They probed deeply to find out the cause, discovering a cracked pipe and failing well pump, dating from about 30 years ago. They installed a new pump and new well cap up to current code and ensured that the water coming from the well was bacteria-free. This am, Joe was back by 8 am to show us how to flush all chlorine residues from our system and explain what he had done. Joe was determined, undaunted and kept at it until he found the cause of the inadequate water pressure--despite the late evening hour yesterday. His explanations were informative, clear every step of the way and helped us understand what was going on. He was patient, amiable and very good at what he does. Thank you Joe, Cody and Garrity!"

"Dustin and CCC did wonderful work creating a new bathroom and remodeling a bedroom for our house. What was most positive was Dustin’s energetic interest in the project, dedication to seeing the project through to make it come out with high quality, and persistently spirited good will. There were two aspects that didn’t work quite optimally: (1) The crew took much longer to finish than they promised (the original time was “1-month +” but over two months passed and there were still lingering issues---see below.) If you hire them, I recommend having it written into the contract exactly when it will start and end, including a specification of what the consequences will be if the job isn’t done on time. (2) They didn’t know what to do with our laminated wood floors. They needed to put down protection for the dining room floor which was damaged by the construction traffic, and they had trouble patching and refinishing the floor in the bedroom after removing a wall. When I asked Dustin to address (2), to his credit he was ready to bring in a floor refinishing specialist to fix the issues at a very favorable price to us. At that point, unfortunately, we couldn’t afford the interruption it would cause to have this repair done at that moment. In response, Dustin gave us a discount so we can address these issues with a profession flooring company in the future when we’ll have a good opportunity to vacate the house for this purpose. I recommend that if you need wood floor work done, you make sure there is an agreement in the contract to have somebody with wood floor expertise address that part. In all, Dustin was generous and willing to try to work with us when there were issues. I know that his company has also been generous about helping people who were in need in the past. This is a quality that I particularly admire in a company, so we still feel very positive toward CCC, but I have identified the issues we had in hopes that they won’t be issues for other clients in the future."

"Tim the owner was excellent with his knowledge of water softeners. I had a system in place when I purchased my house. It was a Mickey Moused setup with a timer that was in the way of the tank replenishment water hose. Tim looked at the system and completely rebuilt it in one day. Brand new timer, brand new resin, and replaced the well pressure tank. Very happy with his work and wife is even happier we don’t have hard water anymore. I also had Tim do work at a rental property I own. It was a Sunday morning and my renters called me up stating the bathroom sink is backing up and slowly draining. I went over thinking it was a blockage in the trap but the trap was clear. This was something deeper in the pipe. I called Tim and he came right over, mind you this was a Sunday morning before church. He snaked the pipe and found a mass of hair and debris surrounding a bobby-pin. I had a tenant two years prior that wore bobby-pins daily. Definitely from her!!!! Tim is very knowledgeable about plumbing and I would not hesitate calling him for help when I’m in a bind. Matter of fact…….if you are reading this Tim, I could have my well water pump changed!!! Give me a call…….."
