Discovered this leak late afternoon and Tim came out the same day. Very reliable, and prompt. Over the years Tom Conlan Co. Installed a water holding tank and new water well pump.

Called and they sent someone out the same day, problem was diagnosed quickly. Plumber was polite, friendly and quick. Whole thing was under an hour long, labor charge seems pretty steep, But the work was done right and done cleanly. Plumber was very professional and kept everything clean. Packed up his own garbage and made sure everywhere he went was clean.

Once we discovered there was a problem we called Tim. We have used their services for 14 years and have never been disappointed. We have needed them for little things to very big things like replacing our water tank at our old home. They are knowledgable, friendly, reliable and I always recommend their services.

I called to schedule service, and asked whether I should have them supply the new toilet, or whether I should supply it. They would have been happy to sell me a toilet, but they advised that I would probably save money by supplying it myself. The plumber arrived promptly, was courteous, worked skillfully, and completed the job efficiently. For a small extra fee, he removed the old toilet and disposed of it. He also took away the considerable pile of packing material in which the toilet had been shipped to me. Overall, a very satisfactory experience. Thank you Tim Conlon.

We had them to do some work and we liked them. My husband liked them a lot. They came immediately and fixed the problem right away. My husband will call him back to do some work. It's a little problematic to dig the snow up and do the work. He will have them put something to locate it easily. My husband created the problem and we called them. They came right away, diagnosed the problem and fixed it, immediately.

The team that came was very professional and took the time to explain what they were doing and how they were doing it. Also spent a lot of time with us discussing alternatives on potential need for a water softener. They were responsive to handling all of the minor jobs we asked for. Price was reasonable.

They were great and we would use them again. He was on time, friendly and professional. It wasn't a huge job. We haven't gotten the bill yet and we don't know if he will charge for the other repair. He came on time on the day scheduled and it was good.
