The team at Blue Sea Pool and Spa went above and beyond our expectations from start to finish when it came time to replace the vinyl liner on our above-ground pool. The level of service is unmatched by any other company that we have come across-many others are unresponsive, unreasonably expensive, and unable to adhere to time commitments. As such, we appreciated the high level of communication and transparency among Jeff and his team. Amanda and Jeff handled all of our calls and texts; they responded to every question and concern and even made themselves available to us outside of typical business hours on numerous occasions, putting all of our qualms at ease. Despite some setbacks brought on by the recent challenges with the supply chain, Jeff was able to acquire a beautiful replacement liner for us and have it installed in a matter of a few short weeks with the hard work and professionalism of Tyler, Will, and James who assisted with the preparation, removal, and installation. Throughout the process, we received update calls and texts to inform us of when the team would come out and what to expect along the way. We extend our highest recommendation to Blue Sea and look forward to working with the team again in the future.

Amanda and Jeff were quite awesome and did a fantastic job winterizing my "hybrid" pool. Jeff is incredibly knowledgeable and did the job to completion. As a first time pool owner, Jeff and Amanda walked me through this process with ease. I will continue to work with Jeff and his team for the coming seasons with summarizing and winterizing my pool.

Jeff and his team replaced the liner on our pool. Jeff is very friendly and really knowledgeable. The job was done in a day and Jeff retuned the next day to do the final installation on our above ground pool. I would definitely recommend Blue Sea Pools and Spa.

Jeff is a really good guy and is very knowledgeable of pools and can locate the hard to find parts if needed. Jeff was very understanding to my needs and how important it was to have my pool opened. Jef and his team were amazing. Did wonderful job, pool liner looks great, they liner was wrinkled on arrival but they spent extra time stretching it out and installing to perfection. Always very communicative, we were supposed to install last summer but the temperatures dropped earlier than expected so installed this summer. Jef was very communicative about the situation, and he held onto the liner for us over the winter. They also spent extra time fixing the gasket - the screw holes were not working properly (it s an old pool) but they fixed it for us. Highly recommend!

Customer service was a goal. Jeff was very professional. The communication was great, always had a answer to our questions. He and his guys James and Will came over to install our liner and followed up later with the work they have done. Very pleased with them. Will do business again and we will refer them to others. I hire Jeff to replace my liner, I did my due diligence when researching different companies and found that prior customers had no complaints about Blue Sea Pool, but other companies that do not specialize in pool liners had many complaints. They came out at the end of last season and measured the pool, kept in constant contact over the off season to schedule replacement. Communication, quality and pricing were great, I would hire Jeff and his group again 100%. Great job looking forward to work with them again.

We recently purchased a pool liner from Blue Sea Pool and Spa for my son and daughter-in-law's above ground pool. I had been helping my son close his pool for the season, and accidently dropped a large rock into the pool, tearing the liner, and causing all of the water to leak out and flood their yard. When I called Jeff, he got right back to me and explained all the different packages available. He came out and measured and assessed the damage. He told my son that the pool itself was in good shape ordered the liner had chosen, then he delivered it. He was very honest and dependable. He said he would install it in early May, and he was right on time. The liner is beautiful! The kids said it looks so much better than the old liner, and it fits better, too! He even sent one of his employees out to teach my son how to open the pool for the season. He told my son he would show him how to close the pool as well. Jeff really goes the extra mile. He is dependable, honest, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommended Blue Sea Pool and Spa for any pool services you may need!

Jeff and staff had a high level of integrity and transparency through the whole process. I needed them to be flexible as I was trying to save money by filling pool from my pond and they were very accommodating. Incidentally the pond fill worked great! They were real troopers working late and in very inclement weather. I have a very critical eye, and would highly recommend them.
