"While other companies spent years trying to figure out what was wrong with my system and after much money spent on â fixesâ , Eastern Water found a small piston dysfunction and the fix was simple and not expensive. "Josh and his team were awesome. They gave me a quote quickly, came out a few days later (our job wasn't a rush), and did an awesome job. They installed our water heater and vented it outside in under 3 hours. They left our basement spotless after the install too. Very very friendly and polite as well.
