"The two men that came to install the units were great! Their attention to detail, and thoroughness was amazing. They were open to discussing different ways to install line sets, etc. This is not typical of most contractors. In fact they were checking in with me frequently to ensure I was happy with the way the job was going. My only complaint would be that the owner's communication was spotty after signing the contract. I received a bill to pay for the system, but it was not yet installed or even scheduled. After several messages without response from the owner I contacted the finance company to put a freeze on the account as I was concerned I had not heard from him. I received a call from Don 2 days later scheduling the install for the following week. During that discussion he did mention he was out of town for the last two weeks in a poor cell phone reception area. This very well might have been the case, but a heads up to me would have been nice. I was initially told 2-3 weeks from date of signing contract. It was a month later without communication. It could have all been a misunderstanding, either way Don was pleasant to deal with, and stuck to his bid. I am happy with the process and install and would encourage anyone to utilize quiet corner mechanical for their HVAC needs."

"He and his assistant came just a day and a half after I contacted him. Calling ahead and then wearing their masks, they arrived and quickly traced the problem. The installation is flawless. They also inspected aother wiring and the fuse boxes without charging me, and gave me advice and some initial help on a bigger issue I may have them tackle later. Karol and/or Zibi were on site every day usually starting at 8:30am. Being an old house, nothing was square. It was necessary to pour a self-leveling concrete floor, which took a few days to dry. Even so, they completed the whole job, surprises and all, in under 2 weeks. Many people like tile. I'm not one of them. I wanted a MAAX 80" acrylic tub wall kit, from tub to ceiling. Who knew that it would be so difficult to find a contractor to install it? I'm so grateful that Karol agreed to and did a fine job. Besides doing quality work for a reasonable price, they were a pleasure to work with - always polite and conscientious, and cleaning up at the end of each day."

"The job was a big one.  Our house is 100 years old this year, and we have committed to updating it, while trying to maintain the historical look.  David came through on the initial walkthrough, and spent almost two hours with me.  We discussed each and every room, and what we hoped to accomplish.  His quote was delivered promptly by email.  It was detailed, and broken down by individual tasks within each room.  This allowed us to pick and choose exactly what we wanted to do, in what order, and more importantly what we could afford.  It was very helpful!  We started with our master bedroom.  The walls were in need of treatments, and numerous layers of joint compound to make smooth and paint.. "I have now had 4 pickups from this company. Each time it has been with different items: I have had my kitchen remodeled,  a deck torn down and rebuilt, a new roof put on, old fencing disc arded, and a yard cleanup. The only difference in pricing was for the roofing and even though ti was more money it was STILL CHEAPER than a dumpster!!! I don't know how these guys do it, but they pickup on time, without issue andfor the cost quoted. I have turned each of my contractors onto them - now they are using them. SO MUCH cheaper and better service than any dumpster company I have used!"

"We wanted new gutters installed on our home.  Robert came out and quoted our job.  When we were ready to have the gutters installed he was able to fit us into his schedule.  The new gutters were installed on one visit.  Our home is a vacation home that we have been renovating. It was several weeks later that we saw the finished job. There was one area of the new gutter installation that my husband was not happy with. On a corner of the house the rain water went over the gutter instead of into the gutter.  During the cold weather the rain water was puddling up and freezing on the deck.  I called Robert and explained the problem area.  He sent one of his workers out to fix the problem area.   The gutters now work very well and we are happy with them.
