"Dave and Jeff did a fantastic job on our two properties which have vinyl siding with some wood trim. Our houses came out unbelievably clean. Both houses had dark stains that high pressure washing would not remove. The stains are gone! Dave does not use a high-pressure wash that can damage the siding and trim. He applies a low-pressure wash using his own chemical mixture. Dave and Jeff are very careful not to damage plantings. Dave does what he says he will do, including showing up at the appointed time(s). His prices are competitive and are a bargain considering the quality of the work. Rating him a 5 in all categories doesn't cut it! I would rate him at least a 6 or 7 on a scale of 5."
