We went with them for a furnace replacement, as well as a heat pump to replace our standard a/c units. They came in much cheaper than the two other companies we consulted (one of which we had used for almost 50 years (since the house was new). We're thoroughly happy with our new HVAC setup, and even the fancy Nest thermostat. Highly recommended!"

"Sila installed a new Lennox HVAC system 2 years ago and when there was a leak today they showed up within hours! Not like some places that would have many excuses and complain about Fri being too busy. Their Tech Calverton is a special tech, knowledgeable, polite and willing to go the extra mile. Not only did he fix the leaking problem he took his time to adjust dampers to ensure all rooms are toasty! This has always been a problem for us and not fixed until now. "Arrived and got started right away. I paid him upfront and had to shower and change to head out for evening. I received pictures taken of a portion of the duct, was disappointed I could not see to the end of the vent clean out. My other concern is how the service tech left the dryer vent curled up and partially crushed as he put the dryer back in place, and then took this picture to display it. It would seem obvious that once you saw the vent like that you would correct it. Not happy with that."
